How do you ship?

I ship USPS within 3 days of receiving your order and I pack everything carefully to ensure the safety of your order.

What if something breaks?

If anything breaks in shipping, send a photo of the piece broken in the box within 24 hours of receiving it. I need this in order to file a claim with USPS. Without it, I cannot guarantee a refund.

Do you express ship?

If you need expedited shipping, contact me before ordering for a price quote.

Is the international shipping price accurate?

I tried to price shipping as fairly as possible; the reality is that international shipping is more expensive. I will always charge you only what it costs me to ship & will refund if I charged more than what it costs. For larger international orders, please contact me for a quote.

Do you accept returns?

I try to display my work truthfully in my photos, and I do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If you feel anything was misrepresented, please contact me to resolve the issue.

Are they food safe?

ALL pieces are food safe.

Microwave/dishwasher safe?

Everything is dishwasher/microwave safe except for items with gold luster. I recommend hand washing these to prolong the life of the luster.

Although ceramics are oven safe, I do not recommend them for oven use; and my ceramics should not be exposed to direct heat, shocked from one temperature to another or be in an oven over 400˚ F.

Can I use them with coffee/tea?

Of course! But keep in mind:

Ceramic pieces should never be used with boiling water.

I recommend waiting for the water to cool a little; boiling water can cause any ceramic ware to crack, as can any shock in temperature. Another trick is putting a spoon in the mug to help conduct heat so you don’t shock the piece. I am not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of my work.
